The Newhall Medical Practice provides a number of reports for medico-legal purposes mainly in connection with Personal Injury. These would include injuries sustained in road traffic accidents, work-related accidents and other general accidents.
We provide reports for a number of law firms both local and throughout the UK, we are a volume provider for several national medico-legal agencies.
Claimants are normally seen within 2 weeks of referral and a report is normally produced within a week of the appointment. We can comment on medical notes when requested.
Home visits can be arranged if necessary.
We have regular clinics at our surgery in Central Birmingham and also in Walsall, Wolverhampton and Nuneaton.
