What vaccinations will I need?

The travel vaccinations and medication you need depend upon the places you will be visiting and the itinerary you have. We use the MASTA health brief using a nationally recognised database for travel information. The MASTA database is updated on a daily basis to reflect any new health issues and risks at your travel destination. By adding your individual travel details into the MASTA database, we then provide you with a detailed, individual travel brief. Your travel brief will show:

Required vaccinations: these vaccinations are compulsory for your travel plan
Recommended vaccinations & vaccinations to consider: these vaccinations are not compulsory, but you can discuss the benefits of these additional travel vaccinations with our specialist nurse.

Do you stock all vaccinations and medication?

We are a specialist travel clinic and therefore have in stock all the vaccinations which may be required for your travel plan. These include:

Hepatitis A & B (separate or combined)*

Meningitis ACWY with certificate (for Hajj, Umra & other travel)

Vaccinations with an asterix are part of a course of vaccines

We have a full range of all established malaria medications, the nurse will be able to advise you according to your risk, itinerary and medical history

And we have a range of retail products at competitive prices: mosquito repellents, nets, sterile kits, water purifying systems, diarrhoea kits, hand gels etc

How many appointments will I need and what will it cost?

Your first consultation will take 20 minutes and cost £20. However, if you decide to go ahead and have some or all your vaccines with us, this fee will be cancelled and you will only pay for the vaccines you have. We can offer you the first vaccinations during your first appointment and if you require a course of vaccines you will need to return for further vaccinations two or three times. We can offer you flexibility in appointment time and appointments at short notice to ensure this process is as convenient as possible.

The total cost of vaccinations will depend upon an individual’s travel programme and personal choice when it comes to vaccinations to consider.
